Nature’s Love Theme

Nature’s Love Theme
I have been utterly influenced by romantic Western love
After denying everything in pairs, wandering alone
Pondering a single butterfly through gardens made up of
Purple lilies, the sound of a stream beside a path of stone.
Seasons are turning without age and without affection
Yet Tulips may grow, Tulips may wilt…and Two lips may die
Their laughter magnifies my sorrow while facing my own reflection
Even their bickering I treasure, for what is a laugh without her cry?
I have hid from whimsical fairy tales afraid to even dream
Thinking that I may have been unworthy of this blissful mystery
Though, unquestionably nature has markedly followed its theme
Hence, I am no longer capable of arguing life’s history…
